Year 7 CORE IT SKILLS

Year 7 students are required to learn some foundation skills to survive their first year of high school. Students will user their own laptop and work through the CORE IT SKILLS booklet which covers the following topics:

• How to use the school portal and email

• How to print at school

• File Managment

• WordProcessing

• Digital Images

• Spreadsheets

• Programming in Python

• EduBlogs and Web Development

• Copyright and Technology related Health Issues

• Illustrator

• Lego Mindstorm Robotics
