Assessment Tasks
There are Four Assessment Tasks
1. An open-book practical programming test
2. Analysis & Design Report Proposal
3. Project Solution
4. Examination
PRACTICAL PROGRAMMING TEST
1. Students must complete the VB BOOK exercises and use this and other resources online to solve one software problem in a test environment. You can access two past programming tests below.
ANALYSIS & DESIGN PROPOSAL
2. Students must use analysis and design tools to prepare for their programming task. Below is the Assessment task and a model answer.
PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE SOLUTION
3. Students will use the skills developed in the VB BOOK to create their own software solution, proposed in the Analysis & Design Report.
EXAMINATION
4. Students will complete an examination. Below are past examinations that can provide some assistance in preparation.
